The Affiliate Club/League President must acknowledge on the online application that all the items submitted are accurate, current and up to date by signing the ELA’s. Applications will be reviewed and processed on a first come, first served basis. Please allow 14 days for the application to be reviewed. Once all requirements are met the application will be submitted for review and initial processing. The returning League/Club must be “In Good Standing” with Cal South. Any and all prior outstanding financial obligations due to Cal South must be paid in full or have an approved “Settlement Agreement” in place with Cal South prior to a renewal application being processed. Please Note: Leagues/Clubs that change by using a different non-profit organization number and subsequently use a different name must complete the “New Member Sanctioning” process outlined below as a new affiliate member. Applications will not be considered unless the application fee of $100 is paid. Lastly, be prepared to pay with your credit/debit card.The 2022-2023 Affiliate Renewal Application Requires the following items (All Documents must be up to date and in PDF Format):
